Our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo at El Presidente will assure you of an inviting and relaxing get away on the beautiful white quartz sands of Siesta Key. El Presidente is in the
private and gated community of Crescent Beach. In 2022 Siesta Key beach was voted #2 in the country and number #14 in the World by Traveler’s Choice.
This end unit is 1836 sq ft. and is one of the largest two bedroom units at El Presidente. Inside you will find a private washer/dryer and a new modern kitchen.
There are two balconies offering 180 degree views of the Key. There is balcony access off the kitchen, family room, and primary bedroom, offering light and air to all areas of the unit.
This two bedroom condo features a full separate kitchen and dining area that is unique to the end units, making it one of only five in the building. The large all glass dining table seats eight for family dinners or
game night.
The living room has been newly furnished with a large couch, club chair, and desk. There is also a large tv for family viewing and complimentary WiFi.
The primary bedroom has a King Size Bed with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two double beds, also with an en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
In the living room the “bookcase” opens to become a Queen Size Murphy bed for additional guests.
You are only steps from the beach side heated swimming pool and the award winning Siesta Key Beach.
Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and chaise lounges and all provided for you at no charge. There are additional services available to bring the water sports and beach front cabanas to you.
Sundays bring neighbors out to the beach for the legendary Siesta Key drum circle. Watching the sunset is mandatory and must be experienced in person to be believed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less $200 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund for weather, medical reasons, or acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, red tide & pandemics. We encourage all guests to research and purchase travel insurance accordingly. El Presidente unfortunately cannot offer refunds or rescheduling of stays that are subject to travel restrictions, advisories, health concerns and alike, unless the property is rebooked at no loss of income to homeowner.
COVID-19: If your stay is subject to a local vacation rental suspension and your arrival date is within 45 days, a full refund minus 5% can be offered, or credit for a future stay within 12 months.
Deposit Policy
Payment Terms: Reservations will require an initial payment of 25%. Final payments of the full balance are due 60 days prior to arrival. Any payment that is not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation. Administrative fees must be paid by guest. For bookings with the origination from an online travel agency such as, but not limited to, Homeaway/VRBO, renter authorizes El Presidente to charge the credit card on file on the due date. Renter is required to inform El Presidente at least 48 hours before the due date of different payment arrangements, which must be confirmed in writing by El Presidente.
