Unit 201 offers a wrap around balcony accessible from the Sun Room, a second balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Our apartment has been completely renovated and updated for your enjoyment with quality furnishings. (see photos) The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. The sliding glass doors lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, HDTV and newly remodeled private bathroom. The open floor plan and beautifully decorated living room/dining room provides a vast area to relax.
The remolded kitchen is fully equipped and has Quartz Counter tops. The Washer/Dryer is in the pantry off the kitchen.
The separate, bright and large tiled Sun Room is a comfortable area to read or work remotely.
Please note - Unit 201 has a 4 person maximum. It has a 4-week minimal rental period from January - April (and a 2-week minimum rental period for the rest of the year). Call the office if you see an open rental period that is less than 4 weeks.
