Welcome to 101 El Presidente located on the beautiful Crescent beach pf Siesta Key. 101EP is a short 200 yards north of the Stickney Point Bridge and on the bay side, making access easy on and off the Key and only a short walking distant form the growing number of shops, food and music entertainment on the southern end of key. Newly renovated in fall 2022, this 1836 sq ft unit is located just steps away from the heated ocean-side pool, which then has direct access to the famous cooling powder quartz sands of Crescent Beach. Your door to sitting on the beach in 2 minutes!
101 EP features an exceptionally spacious main living room (15’x 38’ ) - 6 person high top bar table, leather couches and reclining chairs so you can watch and enjoy the 80 ” flat screen. High speed Wi-Fi, DVD and cable service are included. Off the living area are two full in-suite bedrooms, each with their own full baths, BR 1- Master w/King & shower. BR2 has two Queens and a tub/ shower. Both baths are equipped with grab bars for your safety. For an extra bed, rollway’s may be rented locally for a night or by the week. Let us know in advance, and one can be arranged for your needs ahead of time.
Adjoining the living room area, is a LARGE appointed brand-new kitchen just waiting for your culinary skills to go to work. The open-air kitchen opens into the 450 ft sunroom / dining area that features a beautiful 8-person glass table – all the perfect place to wine and dine your friends and family. There is plenty of storage space with the pantry and generous cabinet space. Two outside gas grills allow for meals when you crave that BQ experience.
Making it all even better are the three large wrap outdoor balcony’s that surround this end unit, opening another 500 ft of private space to sit and enjoy the warm outdoors and evenings.
Beach towels, cooler and a portable baby crib are included. EP does provide beach chairs on the beach for its staying guests. For those that need a little more, umbrellas, tents and cabanas are available for daily / weekly rent from the local beach service. To add to the convenience, 101EP has as its own washer and dryer in the inside utility room Accessibility: Park directly beneath 101EP in the Reserved Parking Space #1, and simply walk up one set of stairs to your door, or take the elevator up one floor to this beautiful coastal living getaway. Walkways outside each door provide access to the pool and beach without every having to step into the parking lot ! Great safety for young and old.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less $200 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund for weather, medical reasons, or acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, red tide & pandemics. We encourage all guests to research and purchase travel insurance accordingly. El Presidente unfortunately cannot offer refunds or rescheduling of stays that are subject to travel restrictions, advisories, health concerns and alike, unless the property is rebooked at no loss of income to homeowner.
COVID-19: If your stay is subject to a local vacation rental suspension and your arrival date is within 45 days, a full refund minus 5% can be offered, or credit for a future stay within 12 months.
Deposit Policy
Payment Terms: Reservations will require an initial payment of 25%. Final payments of the full balance are due 60 days prior to arrival. Any payment that is not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation. Administrative fees must be paid by guest. For bookings with the origination from an online travel agency such as, but not limited to, Homeaway/VRBO, renter authorizes El Presidente to charge the credit card on file on the due date. Renter is required to inform El Presidente at least 48 hours before the due date of different payment arrangements, which must be confirmed in writing by El Presidente.
