An outstanding feature of 101 is it’s direct and safe access to El Presidente’s beautiful beachside pool where you then can step directly onto Crescent Beach – all less than a 2-minute walk down the secure walkway outside 101’s door ! Fully remodel in 2022 and continuous updates since, 101 features TWO dining areas, large main living room with leather couch and chairs and a 80” flat screen. Adjoining the living room area, is an appointed brand-new kitchen just waiting for your culinary skills to go to work. The open-air kitchen opens into the 450 ft sunroom / dining area that features a beautiful 8-person glass table – all the perfect place to wine and dine your friends and family. Two outside gas grills allow for meals when you crave that BBQ experience.
Both bedrooms are ensuites – The Master features a king bed, and the second has two full queen beds. Both have full bathrooms, full closets, dressers and TV's. Need more sleeping area - an extra bed, rollway can be rented locally for a night or by the week.
Beach towels, cooler and a portable baby crib are included. EP does provide beach chairs on the beach for its staying guests. Large umbrellas, tents and cabanas are available for daily / weekly rent from the local beach service. A new tennis / pickleball court makes for sports of all types. In unit washer and dryer makes for convivence and more time at the beach.
Located 100 yards north of the Stickney Point south bridge access to Siesta Key, makes for easy and fast access on and off the Key, (a big bonus today!). A short 5-minute walk takes you to grocery, dining and entertainment options, including a bowl of the famous clam chowder at Captain Curts. Free trolly services are available to Siesta Key Village and it’s lively dining and shopping scene at the north end of the Key. Downtown Sarasota’s cultural attractions are only minutes away, featuring the Ringling Museum of Art and the Sarasota Opera House to name a few.
Important to note is that El Presidente is FULLY recovered from the fall hurricane season of 2024 and the property has never been in better shape. 101 received ZERO damaged but has now been updated with beautiful hurricane windows and sliders! Safe and QUIET. Come visit for a week, a month or longer – you won’t want to go back home!
