Kitchen is completely equipped with everything needed for cooking. French door refrigerator, toaster oven, both drip and k cup coffee makers, blender etc...and a Bose radio. Living room has new sofa, love seat and a lazy boy recliner. Along with the television is a DVD player, cd player, and some movies, CDs, and games to enjoy. Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Large, comfortable balcony has table and chairs to relax with your favorite beverage, snack or just read a book. A new air-conditioning is backed up with tower fans in each room. Condo has a variety of coolers, boogie board, and beach items.
