Welcome to 105, the gem of El Presidente! A newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, Florida beach style condo on gorgeous Siesta Key Beach! It is beautiful, bright, fresh, and cozy with an artistic flair! The entire condo is decorated with exquisite beach themed art and furnishings. 105 is a fun condo with a light reflecting living room mirror wall. The dimmable LED colorful lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms create ambiance. A beachy driftwood feel is created with lovely Italian porcelain tile floors throughout the whole condo.
An open concept kitchen with white wood cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, Travertine backsplash, and large under-mount stainless steel sink, is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. The large Siena Blue granite countertop peninsula provides space for entertaining and dining.
You will enjoy the spa like experience in the luxurious bathrooms with Kohler multi-functional dual shower heads and beautiful porcelain tile. There are full glass rolling shower doors, granite countertop vanities, and crystal dimmable LED lights.
The living room has comfortable beach style furniture and a 58" HDTV. The pretty master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a wall mounted 43" HDTV. Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open to a large fresh air balcony. The colorful guest bedroom has two double beds and a 40" HDTV.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer and various items for the beach.
You will appreciate the convenient 1st floor location of 105. It has close access to the pool, beach, elevators, and parking. Parking space #14 is great! It is located right beside the elevators.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less $200 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund for weather, medical reasons, or acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, red tide & pandemics. We encourage all guests to research and purchase travel insurance accordingly. El Presidente unfortunately cannot offer refunds or rescheduling of stays that are subject to travel restrictions, advisories, health concerns and alike, unless the property is rebooked at no loss of income to homeowner.
COVID-19: If your stay is subject to a local vacation rental suspension and your arrival date is within 45 days, a full refund minus 5% can be offered, or credit for a future stay within 12 months.
Deposit Policy
Payment Terms: Reservations will require an initial payment of 25%. Final payments of the full balance are due 60 days prior to arrival. Any payment that is not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation. Administrative fees must be paid by guest. For bookings with the origination from an online travel agency such as, but not limited to, Homeaway/VRBO, renter authorizes El Presidente to charge the credit card on file on the due date. Renter is required to inform El Presidente at least 48 hours before the due date of different payment arrangements, which must be confirmed in writing by El Presidente.
